Warranty Information

KA warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. KA will repair or replace any product deemed by KA to be defective, provided the original purchaser makes a claim within 6 months of the date of purchase from KA or an authorized KA reseller or agent.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care, damage caused when transporting or storing the product, or damage arising from alterations. Claims for incidental damage or consequential loss are specifically excluded from this warranty.

To make a claim, please contact us, specifying the nature of the defect, and attach digital photographs to support your claim.

Do not return the product unless you are instructed by KA to do so; KA will not accept freight charges on returned goods without prior arrangement.
