16 October, 2007 Spotti-Cam on YouTube - Experience the Speed!
After the morning session, Amac gave the boys a mission: get some video and make the Koyote do 40 Knots. The wind had dropped little, if it had not, I think they would have been too busy trying to improve times! See KASail on YouTube to get the feeling of a *slow* run. Spotty got the Koyote up to 41.2 on the last run of the day as it was getting dark and the wind was dropping, see below. Thanks boys - big effort after an epic day.

16 October, 2007 Lockwood does it again! In another awesome day at Sandy point, Chris set times to lead the all time GPS 5x10, 10sec, 250m & 500m.
See gps-speedsurfing. Chris used a 2008 5.0 Koncept and a production KA Lockwood<>McDougall 21.5 fin right out of the box. Craig Spottiswood blasted into the top ten using a 2008 5.0 Koncept and KA fin. That, with Tony Wynhoven puts the KA sail/fin combinataion at 1, 4 and 7 in the 2007 rankings. Well done lads!

Chris used a 2008 5.8 Koncept and a KA Lockwood<>McDougall fin to blitz at Sandy Point on Friday. See gps-speedsurfing. Well done Chris! As soon as this is ratified it will push Finian off the top of the 500m GPS ranking!

There have been many changes at KA, but mainly we have been head down preparing the 2008 sails. Due to arrive in Australia, Europe and the USA this month, they are a whole new level of quality in materials, finish, detail and design. More very soon. KA Ambassador Craig 'Spotty' Spottiswood has snatched what appears to be a world record for the fastest time recorded on wave equipment. Taking it on at Sandy Point with a 4.7 Kaos on a waveboard with 30-40 knots of breeze, Spotty put in some awesome times.
