|
|
I have notice in the latest issues of Windsurf UK magazine that they have reviewed the Kult 4.7 and 5.3 up against dedicated wave sails from the various other major brands.
Why were they reviewing the kult verse dedicated wave sails? As the kult is much more of an all rounder.
Surely they should have been reviewing the Kaos??
Its would be like putting a freeride sail verse a dedicated slalom sail. |

You are correct, Kaos should have been supplied for the test. Kult is a crossover sail. _________________ Mr love |

| It was a strange review. I wonder if they rigged them properly too as they described the Kult as having a relatively tight leech. I wouldn't say it is much different to any of the big name sails in that regard. If you believe those UK magazines nothing can ever compare to the magical Tushingham anyway, so it all has to be taken with a grain of salt. |

| I am sure the a manufactures review rating is directly proportional to amount they spend on advertising in the magazine!! |

Yep Marklar , I suspect they did not downhaul the sail sufficiently. They asked us for rigging advice and one of the things we stressed was to not be afraid to downhaul the sail and let the upper leech twist alot.
They did praise it's Bump and Jump ability so we cannot be dissapointed with that as it is what the sail is designed to be, a crossover Bump and Jump sail. _________________ Mr love |
